P'tet que ça va te faire chier un moment avec des mises à jour qui se font pas et tout. Tu devrais essayer de trouver un Windows 10 sur le marché noir.

Pour activer une copie de windows 7 tu peux utiliser l'utilitaire : Windows Loader v2.2.2

Parce que Linux Mint 18 est basée sur Ubuntu 16.04 donc il y a la même chose sous le capot mais la distribution Mint est considérée comme plus ergonomique et user friendly pour un usage généraliste.
